    Career coaching is a powerful process which enables people to recognise and utilise their resources to make career related decisions and manage career related issues. Through the coaching sessions, individuals get a clear understanding of themselves, a knowledge of the requirements and prospects in different lines of work, and inspiration to maximise their personal and professional potential by developing leadership skills.

  • What an Organisational Psychologist do?
    An organisational psychologist studies people’s behaviour, thoughts and feelings related to their work. This leads to insights about motivation, leadership, training and development, selection and many other people-related aspects of management. Organisational psychologists are also concerned about the ethical use of psychological theories and techniques, and their impact on the well-being and effectiveness of individuals, groups and organisations.
  • Why does my company need an Organisational Psychologist?
    An Organisational Psychologist can support a company in these 5 content areas: Psychological Assessment at Work: assessing people already in or being selected to join work settings, and analysing the job and the attributes required to perform it effectively, and the wider impact on the organisation. Learning, Training & Development: the ways in which individuals learn and develop in the context of their work and the wider organisational context through coaching and training including development activities and succession planning facilitating innovation and creativity. Leadership, Engagement & Motivation: different approaches to performance appraisal/performance management including the connection between leadership, power and influence to employee engagement, commitment and perceptions of fairness. Well-being & Work: this includes the 4 key components: (a) how work links with individual and organisational well-being; (b) how work is structured and continues to evolve including the interface of work and non-work; (c) any negative effects of work including stress and pressure and the role of emotions; and (d) positive and preventative approaches to employee well-being. Work Design, Organisational Change & Development: the design of working environments and the associated risks and benefits including organisational changes and development, and how economic issues, globalisation. and consumer perspectives impact on organisations. In addition, the common and important themes of Diversity, Gender, Fairness and Culture need to be addressed in each content area.

  • What is a Coaching Session?
    A coaching session is a partnership between the Coach and the Coachee in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximise personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.
  • What is an Introductory Session?
    You are invited to book a 30-minute introductory session. This no-cost, no-obligation session is an opportunity to see your coach in person, experience the way they work, and ask questions before you decide if you want to continue the career coaching journey.
  • Will the sessions be confidential?
    All the sessions, as well as all information (document or verbal) shared, are bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics. Any personal details are stored according to the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR). Your privacy and confidentiality is of utmost importance.
  • Where will the sessions take place?
    All sessions take place via Zoom video call and shall be 60 minutes. You will receive a Zoom link once you've booked the session. You will need a good, reliable Internet connection, and a quiet, private place to talk.
  • How do I pay the fees?
    The coaching fees are payable on a monthly basis. We can discuss about it and agree an alternative payment arrangement during the Introductory session.
  • How can I cancel or reschedule a session?
    Sessions are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session, it's your responsibility to notify me at least 48 hours before the session is due take place. If you give a 48 hours notice it may be possible to offer you an alternative slot instead. This depends on availability and is not guaranteed.
  • How do I get the most out of coaching?
    You must be willing to open yourself, be commited, try new ideas and reflect what you learn. You should attend each coaching session prepared, thinking deeply about what you want to achieve and be willing to take the necessary actions.
